Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise conservation crews in all project-related activities, which include both physical labor and educational components.
- Collaborate with Crew Leaders to assign tasks, uphold discipline, and maintain morale among crew members.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all participants throughout the program.
- Provide constructive feedback to crew members focusing on productivity, teamwork, and leadership development.
- Implement daily educational sessions that incorporate environmental learning and life skills.
- Transport crew members and equipment to and from work sites, ensuring safe driving practices.
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Experience in recreational or professional outdoor settings.

- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past three years.
