Position Summary:
Idaho Elite Care Insurance Agency is seeking a professional, detail-oriented office assistant. This position plays a key role in ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently, especially during our busiest periods from September to January. The role transitions to part-time hours from February to August.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, and office administration.
- Skilled in providing excellent customer service.
- Organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically proficient, able to read cursive writing, with familiarity in Excel, and CRM systems.
- Experience in a detail-oriented setting, managing clients, and maintaining organization.
- Quick learner with strong social and relationship-building skills.
- Secretary experience is preferred, but not required.
- Insurance knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Customer service.
- Schedule and manage appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Relay messages and emails promptly to team members or clients.
- Maintain and update client information in the database accurately.
- Greet clients warmly and provide them with necessary information.
- Manage CRM systems and workflow tasks effectively.
- Take detailed notes and maintain proper documentation. Typing skills.
- Stay composed and productive while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities under pressure.
- You will need your own cell phone and transportation to and from the office.
- Follow the dress code.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time during peak seasons (September 15–December 15, January). Monday-Friday 8am-4pm weekends off.
- Part-time hours from February–August. Mondays-Wednesdays 9-2 pm, Friday 9-2, Thursday and weekends off.
- Minimal time off permitted during peak periods due to high client volume.
Pay: $13 per hour.
