Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Model and champion the mission, vision, and values of Snake River Strings Co.
• Advocating for Snake River Strings Co., our mentors and team.
• Be a face of the company to welcome customers and help students feel welcome
• Sales
• Assist with inventory
• New student onboarding
• Promptly and professionally manage and respond to all customer inquiries and communication that are received via in-store visits, emails, or phone.
• Respond to emails and website inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to texts
• Manage social media
• Communicate studio events (group classes, recitals, and performances) with customers
• Billing: Organize and log student payments
• Ability to run reports, analyze results, and set daily/monthly goals for the studio; react/adjust as needed
• Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected task assignment, and activities to ensure expectations and objectives are met.

Requirements

• No music experience required!
• Previous experience leading a team is a plus
• Experience with marketing is a plus
• Confidence, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including active listening.
• Ability to work with urgency while balancing multiple tasks
• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
• The ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule
• Be able to work with little to no supervision
