Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications and general computer literacy is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
