Position Summary Manages all billing operations and implements new processes to improve employee productivity and efficiency. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Monitors and tracks the billing team's performance, attendance, and accuracy of completion. Designates and funnels tasks and responsibilities to maintain service level agreements. Develops and implements billing policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing. Audits billing processes to address gaps to maintain appropriate internal controls. Ensures accuracy and completeness of all billing and collection related documents. Provides guidance and coaching to leadership on the billing processes. Analyzes billing data to identify trends, performance, and make recommendations for improvement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. 5 years of billing or transportation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
