What You Can Expect : Under direct supervision, the Quality Program Specialist 1 coordinates, monitors, and improves quality programs and practices. Coordinate quality program initiatives and lead teams in activities, using appropriate tools and techniques. Assist staff and leaders in measuring performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with medical staff, employees, leaders, and teams to deliver on program objectives. Provide evidence-based and regulation-compliant consultation and advice as a subject matter point-of-contact. Solve simple issues within the quality program and escalate complex issues to department leadership or collaborate with peers. Participate in professional development opportunities and improvement efforts supporting system strategic initiatives. Evaluate and prioritize projects, develop action plans, and accept assignments based on organizational needs. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree.
