Job Summary:
Idaho Transaction Coordination (IDTC) is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Manager to lead our Transactions Team and work alongside the best in the business. This role will oversee the transaction coordination process and requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflows efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal and technological skills. They will drive operational excellence by tracking closed transactions, managing invoicing, and providing monthly reports to leadership while maintain a professional, positive, team centered, and supportive attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
- Manage contract to close process
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
- Track all transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance, ensuring all signatures and initials required are present
- Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
- Follow up with the escrow or title company on closing day
- Broadly speaking, the responsibilities are listing coordination, buyer coordination, as well as any other real estate brokerage administrative work as directed by the Director of Transactions and/or her assigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and uphold the mission and values of Idaho Transaction Coordination.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination, office management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in transaction management software and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
