Position: Customer Service Representative
Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their overall experience with our brand. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders and manage transactions efficiently using our customer management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share feedback.
- Provide support during promotional campaigns and special events to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome entry-level professionals.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
