Job Overview
The Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Answer inquiries about company services and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
- Assist with processing orders, invoices, and service requests.
- Support the customer service team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
