The candidate will be supporting the Client Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT.
This position will function as a highly skilled ITC21 with specific responsibilities that include :
Assist in configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirementsMaintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applicationsProvide Support for ongoing and recurring IT Security audits of systemSolution development in the ServiceNow platformService Catalog item developmentConsult with program / project management to develop appropriate technical solutions / requirements and / or design review sessionsExperience
Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and / or verballyAbility to troubleshoot / debug issues in existing applications.Ability to troubleshoot / debug platform issues using the System Logs and / or debugging tools.Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex : Chrome, IE, Firefox)Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.Ability to work in an Agile project management environmentPossess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skillsProven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import / export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handlingRequired Experience :
5 years ServiceNow development experience using server and client side APIs5 years ServiceNow development experience using Forms, workflows, Service Portal3 years role / group-based ACLs configuration and debugging2 years experience building custom workflows2 years of Service Portal developmente.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)
2 years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferredDesired :
