Complete Description :
The resource is required for ITS-AppDev to implement & support the new Case Management System (CMS)
System built in-house for supporting the OHCW Waiver & SRS Program members. The purpose of the application is to develop one comprehensive system used by all
Ohio Home Care Waiver (OHCW) case managers(CMA's) and Specialized Recovery Services Program (SRSP) recovery managers (RMA's) to assist individuals who qualify and are enrolled in the program in developing a Person-Centered Service plan to identify services specific to their individual needs.
The scope of the resource's work includes Salesforce System development, workflow design & documentation and will also be working on linking with the current Client.
Salesforce applications.
Skill / Required / Desired / Amount of Experience
- Salesforce System development- Required 4 Years
- Salesforce System workflow design and documentation- Required 4 Years
- Linking with the current ODM's Salesforce applications- Required 4 Years
