As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include :
- Scheduling and Coordination : Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Intake : Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.
- Communication : Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.
- Compliance : Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.
- Administrative Tasks : Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.
- Team Collaboration : Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.
