Your Role
Role
As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Intake: Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.
- Communication: Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish.
- Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (to be discussed based on experience).
- Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
- Location: Hauppauge, NY (In person).
