Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, while maintaining acceptable product profit margins within a specific geographic region. You will manage multiple sales territories, each with specific sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for internal purposes and sales agents
- Obtain and provide new product ideas from customer feedback
- Establish realistic sales goals and quotas for their region and team, aligning them with overall company objectives
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience
- Travel within the assigned region to meet with customers and prospects (50% Monthly)
- Evaluating/cultivating new sales agency opportunities
- Commercial experience with building materials/industrial supply
- Residency in the northeast United States is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree business and/or marketing is encouraged
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and project management software.

Physical Requirements
Requires physical dexterity to utilize computer equipment and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Also requires the ability to occasionally lift light to moderate weight objects (up to 30 pounds) and the ability to clearly communicate. Maintain regular attendance and work required overtime sometimes without prior notice. Position requires travel to trade shows & customer locations.
