Accounts Receivable Coordinator (401940)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the A/R Coordinator :

As an A/R Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with research and training for various locations

- Applying payments, reversing CC charge backs and NSF checks, and creating adjustments for payments/credit memos

- Processing payment transfers and applying bank recon adjustments

- Reducing AR delinquency by communicating with customers via email and phone

- Preparing, sorting, copying, filing, and mailing invoices, receipts, checks, and correspondence

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) after an initial two-week training period. The contract duration is 3-4 months.

Required Skills for A/R Coordinator :

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Basic accounting knowledge with 2 to 5 years of accounting experience

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Proficiency in 10-key by touch and intermediate level Excel knowledge

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work with numerous interruptions

- Physical capability to perform filing tasks, including bending and lifting
