Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr EHS Specialist:
- Lead and manage various EHS projects within the organization
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Conduct safety investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans
- Work non-traditional hours or shifts as required
- Collaborate with our client's team to drive safety initiatives and improvements
Required Skills for Sr EHS Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in EHS regulations and compliance programs (e.g., OSHA, EPA, IVSF, FHSGS)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
