Position Overview:
- Serve as the primary interface with external partners and internal departments for trade compliance matters
- Maintain master data for foreign and customs trade, ensuring accurate and efficient import and export processes
- Coordinate with internal and external departments, service providers, brokers and forwarders, for efficient and compliant export processing
- Assist in export control classification, support licensing determinations, and compliance with Foreign Trade Regulations
- Conduct restricted party screening and support audit processes for exports
Position Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience coordinating with external partners and stakeholders
- 4 years of relevant experience in trade compliance or import/export operations
- Advanced knowledge of classifications, export controls, and licensing requirements
- Proficiency in SAP GTS and MS Office applications, including data management tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Bachelor's Degree
