Trade Compliance Specialist (418751)

IDR is actively seeking a Trade Compliance Operative Specialist to join one of our top clients in Charlton, MA, for an urgent need! Position Overview:

• Serve as the primary interface with external partners and internal departments for trade compliance matters
• Maintain master data for foreign and customs trade, ensuring accurate and efficient import and export processes
• Coordinate with internal and external departments, service providers, brokers and forwarders, for efficient and compliant export processing
• Assist in export control classification, support licensing determinations, and compliance with Foreign Trade Regulations
• Conduct restricted party screening and support audit processes for exports

Position Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience coordinating with external partners and stakeholders
• 4 years of relevant experience in trade compliance or import/export operations
• Advanced knowledge of classifications, export controls, and licensing requirements
• Proficiency in SAP GTS and MS Office applications, including data management tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Bachelor's Degree
