Service Center Professional - Admissions Support, Student Finance, Collections and Online Education, and Attendance Assistance. Performing customer service tasks for our students with excellence at over 30 ground campuses nationwide. This will be over the phone and using text/email/chat. We're looking for highly motivated individuals ready to help our business grow.
Admissions Support: Primarily Outbound
Your team will be responsible to reaching out to potential students in order to get them in contact with one of our 34 campuses. Admissions Support will be transferring leads and setting on-campus appointments for our students to get a free tour of our facilities and answer any questions they may have. Your agents will need to be high energy, overcome objections and make a great first impression on our potential students. You will be responsible for driving your team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Financial Aid: Inbound Only
Your team will be responsible for providing financial estimates for students going through the enrollment process at one of our 34 campuses. Agents will receive a warm transfer from an Admissions Representative on campus to walk the student through a screen sharing estimate. They will record all responses through a list of scripted questions to qualify potential students for loans, grants and scholarships.
Education: Primarily Outbound
Your team will be responsible for reaching out to students who have not posted attendance in 5-7 days and successfully get them to post an assignment that would update their attendance. We also deal with extern students and relay timecards electronically to update their attendance. A small portion of the team will be reaching out to students who have been dropped or withdrawn from their programs to reenroll them.

Pay: $15.80 - $17.30 per hour
