Job Description:
General Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and processing material orders and receiving incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and ensuring general cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Supervise the processes of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Design the layout to ensure efficient use of space.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Comply with all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Uphold standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Oversee stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system.
• Conduct inventory audits and make recommendations on items to order and restock.
• Manage warehouse associates by monitoring their work and ensuring the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Develop warehouse practices and protocols to achieve efficiency.
• Establish warehouse and team objectives in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipping and/or delivery of products.
• Gather feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
• Required to have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project) is essential.
• Knowledgeable about electrical materials, methods, and tools used in the Electrical Construction Industry.
• Demonstrated experience as a warehouse manager.
• Skilled in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Practical experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership abilities and experience managing staff.
• Strong capabilities in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Must comply with the Company's minimum driving standards.
