About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team and support our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Manage new hire onboarding, including data entry and paperwork
- Enter data from manual time sheets into the payroll system
- Prepare and process garnishments and other payroll deductions
- Coordinate lay-off checks and unemployment paperwork
- Produce reports as needed
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and payroll systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
