What You’ll Do
- Shape the Menu from Scratch: Develop and refine modern Italian dishes that set us apart.
- Lead a New Team: Build, inspire, and manage our kitchen staff as we launch.
- Oversee Operations: Handle menu development, costing, stock control, rota planning, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure Top Standards: Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Leadership Skills – capable of guiding and motivating a brand-new team.
- Excellent Communication & Organization – crucial for a busy opening phase.
- Creativity & Passion – a flair for developing exceptional dishes that delight guests.
- Kitchen Management Experience – from budgeting to supplier negotiations.
- Italian Cuisine Background is a plus, but not essential; we value innovation and a commitment to excellence above all.
