IFC’s CSI Department is seeking an intern as part of our Global Internship Program (GIP). The Global Internship Program (GIP) offers highly motivated individuals an opportunity to be exposed to the mission and work of IFC and the broader World Bank Group and become part of the largest private sector development institution in the world. The program encourages individuals to bring new perspectives and innovative ideas to IFC’s work, while improving skills in a diverse and highly stimulating environment. Moreover, the Global Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and network with international professionals dedicated to ending extreme poverty and boosting prosperity in the developing world.
Duties And Accountabilities
The CSIAR unit is seeking a qualified candidate to support the implementation of the WBG Scorecard initiative during the 2025 reporting cycle. The selected intern will have a general support role across WBG Scorecard related tasks with the main focus on results data collection, processing and reporting.

This Position Will Support The Following Tasks
- Coordination of IFC’s input into the WBG Scorecard in collaboration with Bank and IFC colleagues.
- Workflow creation and monitoring.
- Data collection from relevant IFC teams reporting results on WBG Scorecard indicators.
- Validation of IFC’s results data and coordination of data submission and quality assurance.
- Presentation of IFC results in reports and on the external website.
- Results analysis.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree level program.
- Preferred field of study: Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience.
- Required experience with data, reporting, coordination.
- Good understanding of IFC’s business model and familiarity with the WBG SC concept.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and experts, including subject matter experts, internal clients, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience producing and maintaining schedules and communications.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and across departments.
- High degree of adaptability to changing requirements and a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, internationally diverse work environment; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Commitment to maintain the highest ethical standards.
