Job Description
Manager, IDEAS Support & Solutions, Houston, TX. Coordinate, plan, & schedule IDEAS group as IDEAS subject matter expert for all departments. Solve IDEAS customer support & services issues & technical product issues & assisting in the management of the entire IDEAS product life cycle. Oversee day-to-day customer issues, provide resolutions, & escalate as necessary for remediation of customer cases. Deliver IDEAS management solutions to customers, colleagues & IFS partners. Manage staff requirements, time & expenses for the IDEAS group. Produce & maintain metrics reports for the team. Liaise with development & other product management groups in the resolution of software fixes for the IDEAS product. Assist support consultants in remediation of cases through proactive customer communication, & customer case reviews.
Reqs : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (will accept foreign degree equivalent) plus 2 years’ exp in international oil & gas accounting & regulatory practices; technical project management; & leading a team utilizing IDEAS software technology. Remote work permitted within commuting distance of office in Houston, TX. Required to be on-call as domestic or international travel required. Criminal and driving checks required.
