What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Behavior Technician position at Ignite Child Development Services?
Ignite Child Development Services is an innovative behavioral health program. Our preschool and school partnerships are the core of our individualized and embedded services. We bring our intervention services to children; we do not require children to come to us. We partner with school teams to ensure the best outcomes. Our therapists bring expertise in developmental skill-building and relationship-based behavioral regulation.

Responsibilities
- Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Work closely with Licensed Professionals
- Travel to specific locations- in school
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
- Collect, record and analyze data
- Communicate regularly with your team
- Use behavior therapy to teach clients new skills, decrease challenging behaviors and improve their every day interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Pass a thorough criminal and caregiver background check
- Part-time and Full- time employment options
- 1,000- 2,000 hours of ABA experience
Preferred
- RBT (Current Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB)
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, special education, child care, behavioral health, health science, or a related field
