Job Description
Supports the contracts sector lead by guiding the performance of pre and post award contracts functions to ensure they are compliant with policies and procedures. Provides advice to account teams on contracts management matters
Experience with managing prime contracts for firms with contracts awarded by Federal and/or state local or higher education clients
Experience with FAR, DFARs, and other Federal acquisition regulations preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in negotiating NDAs, TAs, and client contract agreements
