Overview
The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner plays a lead role in identifying and engaging talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we continue to evolve as an organization. This role is part of an ambitious, driven, and quality-focused global talent acquisition team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to IGT in support of our promise to deliver entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all assigned job requirements within the recruiter's assigned business verticals.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, and working with the managers to fill their current openings
- Execute search strategies including internal and external candidate assessment & selection; direct sourcing and networking; internet recruiting and other low fees / no fee sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to identify and source an inclusive slate of talent
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate complex compensation packages
- Share current market trends, competitor practices, and employment industry developments with senior leaders to inform strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based upon feedback from the line business leadership and hiring teams
- Work with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards.
- Utilize data to make data-driven recruitment decisions

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990 - $96,845. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
