Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle special requests.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during the evening shift, including monitoring security and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in other hotel operations as needed, including organizing guest luggage and providing local recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Ability to work 3-5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
