Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, increase brand loyalty, and support business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of various marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with project goals to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand presence.
• Content Creation and Management: Create and/or oversee content marketing efforts, graphic design, newsletters, press releases, social media content, website development and other branded assets to engage and educate the target audience.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the Manage multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media, to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain company and project websites. Work with website developers when needed.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, promoting a strong brand identity and message.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, identify prospective customers, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. Identify and utilize tools to help with marketing and acquisition of data.
• Customer Insights and Data Analytics: Analyze customer data and campaign performance to adjust strategies and improve results. Use insights to refine customer targeting, messaging, and tactics.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales and operations teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns with content.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
• Travel for this position is 10%, must be able to travel internationally.
• Valid US passport with no restrictions, and a valid driver's license is required.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Position constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer
• This person in this position frequently communicates with other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
