What you'll be doing day to day
* Actively cooperates with all key stakeholders within commercial function to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact
* Actively drives acquisition of new business customers and builds up long term relationships with Key Accounts
* Leads after sales care for key account deals - follow up with help and information in order to secure long-term business relationships and an excellent customer experience.
* Continuously develops relationships with major developers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders in construction in order to receive and help shape all major RFPs for new builds and refurbishments of hotels, apartments, office buildings and other real estate relevant to the local market and IKEA strategy
* Leads negotiations in finalizing terms of contracts and RFPs and other key account deals
* Managers the leads pipeline, measure success rate, follows up and identifies key improvement areas

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Focus on written and verbal communication, business administration, strategy and innovation development in valued.
Minimum of 10 years in a similar role

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and influencing co-workers and teams
