The Opportunity:
An elite AM ranked law firm are looking to onboard into their established Trust & Estates Practice Group. This position is open to their Minneapolis office.
The Team:
The practice group provide high net worth individuals and families, foundations and fiduciaries in the United States and around the world with trusted counsel to preserve, manage and transfer wealth. They work across all area of the Private Client sector including estate planning, trust & estate litigation, charitable planning, counseling fiduciaries.
The Role Requires:
- Sophisticated experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organisations.
- Strong understanding of estate plan drafting, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning.
- Excellent knowledge of drafting complex estate plan and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth individuals.
- Experience in counseling clients on income, gift, estate, a generation-skipping tax planning.
- Ability to assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
- Experience in processing Federal gift and estate tax returns.
