HEAD BASEBALL COACH
OLNEY, ILLINOIS
DESCRIPTION: The Head Women's Basketball Coach position is a full-time professional, non-faculty position responsible for supervising all aspects of the women's basketball program. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling team competition and travel, conducting practices, supervising staff, equipment maintenance, fund raising, teaching assigned courses and maintaining good public relations with the community.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Health/Physical Education or related field and successful basketball experience required; Master's degree preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with coaching experience. The position requires excellent public relations, fundraising, organization, and interpersonal skills.
WAGES: $50,401.34 - $52,450 per year; based upon education and experience. Benefits include but are limited to: medical, dental, and life insurance; paid sick leave, vacation, and personal days; and participation in State Universities Retirement System.
