Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration (60%)
- Pre-award management
- Develop and maintain a calendar of I-Regen funding opportunity timelines
- Support I-Regen director in drafting and editing funding proposals
- Support I-Regen director in drafting and editing proposal budgets
- Coordinate with other university units related to proposal submission
- Post-award management
- Develop and maintain a calendar of I-Regen funding reporting timelines
- Support I-Regen director in drafting, editing, and submitting grant reports
- Support I-Regen director in communications with funders and stakeholders
- Coordinate with University units to maintain I-Regen spending summaries and projections
- Coordinate with Extension, ISEE, IGB, Crop Sciences to achieve funded objectives
- Monitor progress toward project objectives, identify and mitigate project risks, and maximize efficient use of I-Regen resources
- Project management
- Schedule, summarize and facilitate meetings
- Maintain collaborative online resources (MS teams, slack, websites)
- Maintain organized team and project files
- Develop and maintain contacts list
- Coordinate with staff from related organizations and projects
- Pre-award management
- Communications (30%)
- Develop blogs, factsheets, videos, websites and modules using initial content created by others
- Coordinate communication dissemination with other university units and I-Regen stakeholder partners
- Support organization and execution of extension events like field days and webinars
- Other duties as assigned (10%)
