- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Implement and monitor cost accounting practices to ensure precise tracking of production expenses, material costs, and inventory valuation.
- Develop and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and strategic financial plans.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial reporting.
- Lead financial risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
