Job Summary:

The Accounting and Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This position requires expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls within a production-driven environment.

Accounting and Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Implement and monitor cost accounting practices to ensure precise tracking of production expenses, material costs, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and strategic financial plans.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial reporting.
• Lead financial risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
