What You’ll Do:
- Support the setup and implementation of new e-billing processes, including timekeeper rate input and client reference creation.
- Collaborate across billing, collections, attorneys, clients, and e-billing vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoice submission.
- Monitor and meet all e-billing deadlines, including client accruals and submission timelines.
- Review Outside Counsel Guidelines and ensure accurate setup in eBilling Hub and billing systems.
- Troubleshoot rejected invoices and upload errors, partnering with team members and keeping supervisors informed.
- Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to training sessions and department meetings.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, attorneys, and internal staff with professionalism and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of law firm billing experience (e-billing preferred)
- Proficiency in Elite and eBillingHub (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
