What They’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s (BSW) or Master’s (MSW) degree in Social Work
Must hold a current LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license in the State of Ohio
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Hours & Compensation:
Schedule: Full-time, day shift with weekend rotation
Compensation Range:
BSW: $51,000 – $70,000
MSW: $56,000 – $78,000
Based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver professional social work services through assessment, planning, and resolution of issues impacting patients’ overall health and well-being
Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitate therapeutic, support, or educational groups
Assist patients and families in developing effective coping strategies related to illness, disability, and life changes
Participate in discharge planning and community resource coordination
Represent the health system on community boards or task forces when appropriate
Stay informed of relevant legal and policy changes impacting social work practice
Uphold ethical standards as defined by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board
