Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at IMA Financial Group, Inc. based in Anchorage, AK, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, insurance placement, and employee benefits consulting. The role involves developing customized solutions to address clients' specific needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Attains and maintains state life and health license in accordance with IMA standards
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience
• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• Intermediate MS office skills (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to learn and work in agency/client management systems and other related software and technology platforms
• Ability to work independently
• Intermediate interpersonal communication skills – written and oral – with the ability to articulate ideas and information in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to present information in a group setting (in person and virtually)
• Intermediate organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with variable deadlines
• Possesses high degree of diplomacy and tact while maintaining confidentially
