Position Summary
The HR Coordinator is responsible for working with our human resources team on administrative HR duties and coordination, as well as office coordination at our company HQ in Montvale, NJ. This position will join our small HR team in supporting our global staff on HR programs and initiatives. This role is part time (25 hours per week) and will be required to work from our Montvale NJ office 4 days per week, and one day remote.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for working with our human resources team on administrative HR duties and coordination, as well as office coordination at our company HQ in Montvale, NJ. Key Responsibilities
HR Tasks:
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts through interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, background checks, and new hire announcements
- Responsible for tracking and keeping record of independent contractor agreements, including expiration and renewal
- Assist HR team with invoice processing for contractors and other regular payments managed by HR
- Support performance management programs through tracking employee reviews & goal setting completion status and conducting follow ups with managers as needed
- Manage E-filing of personnel documents within our HR Folder and ADP software
- Coordinate employee experience initiatives such social & wellness events, and support HR team with town halls
- Order flowers for employee’s life events
- Process tuition reimbursement requests and matching donations
- Update company intranet monthly & as needed
- Update organizational charts & company directory as needed (i.e. new hires, terms, promotions, manager changes, etc.)
- Keep informed of labor law poster changes
- Partner with HR team on various projects and duties assigned
- Responsible for keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
- Maintain organization within the office space including meeting rooms, supply room, copy room, and kitchen
- Manage communications and be the first point of contact for our storage partners
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail to our Montvale HQ
- Liaise with building cleaning service
- Liaise with building management as needed
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 years of HR Administration/Coordination experience
- 1 years of experience with office coordination responsibilities
- Experience with record management and filing of important documentation
- Experience coordinating company events
- Experience with administrative tasks, specifically within onboarding, recruitment, benefits, and overall employee experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with internal teams such as IT and finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary : $26 - $31
