Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires and assisting with light payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with light payroll processing, including data entry and verification of employee hours and pay rates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.
