Poland Spring Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Dining Room Manager to oversee our dining operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily breakfast service, ensuring efficiency and high-quality guest experiences.
- Schedule and manage dining room staff, including handling callouts and ensuring proper coverage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
