Sales Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account / Project Manager to join our growing sign and graphics company. We specialize in interior and exterior non-electrical signs and graphics, including room ID and wayfinding signs, wall murals, custom and privacy window film, dimensional letters and logos, banners, display and event graphics, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sign and graphics sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and market analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Utilize CoreBridge Management System for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Meet with potential clients, assess needs and propose solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide leadership and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sign and graphics sales is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience with warm calling techniques to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales objectives.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar software is advantageous.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
