Job Description:
Imagination Station Learning Centers is seeking a passionate and experienced School Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and an advocate for high-quality education. As the School Director, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring that the center operates smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with state regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with our mission and meet the needs of children.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of educators and staff, providing professional development and guidance.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and the community to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in educational leadership or school administration.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and operational oversight.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for students, families, and staff.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
- Handle administrative duties, including student enrollment, record-keeping, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students and staff, setting and achieving academic and operational goals.
- Foster relationships with families to ensure open communication and satisfaction with our services.
- Stay current with educational trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,000.00 per year
