About The Team:
Our Executive Development Team is focused on increasing client’s business impact by knowing and growing our Executive Leader population. We support the intentional onboarding, development and talent intelligence of our senior-most leaders and their teams during the moments that matter most.
This role will support the operations and coordination of our end-to-end Exec Development programs and experiences we provide to senior executives across client.
About the Role:
The Exec Development team at client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Coordinator/Project Manager to help support the design and delivery of impactful experiences that drive culture, talent development, and growth. In this role, you’ll support our team’s initiatives by ensuring smooth operations, timely project execution, and effective collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. You'll be at the heart of programs that support leadership development, executive coaching, and performance enhancement, helping client maximize its talent potential and business impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate schedules: Manage calendars and timelines for key initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Project management: Oversee the execution of key initiatives by tracking milestones, partner with program owners managing deliverables, and ensuring on-time launches.
- Operational support: Provide detailed back-end support for programs like Leadership 360 feedback, Executive Coaching Programs, onboarding listening feedback, and Hogan Assessments.
- Vendor management: Assist in onboarding new vendors, navigating processes with internal legal teams, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Procurement operations: Manage the purchase order (PO) process to ensure vendors are compensated accurately and promptly.
- Stakeholder communication: Confidently engage with senior executives, their support networks (e.g., Executive Assistants), and cross-functional partners to maintain trust and alignment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take the initiative.
Salary : $35 - $40
