What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Coach Women's Flag Football - Immaculata University position at Immaculata University?
Essential Job Function:
- Strong knowledge of women's flag football rules and strategies used during competition.
- Attendance at all practices and games required.
- Ability to evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes in line with Head Coaches recruiting plan.
- Ability to relate well with team members while maintaining a positive and motivating demeanor.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, Atlantic East Conference and university policies and procedures.
- Attend department staff meetings and university functions when required by Head Coach.
- Represent the University and its athletics program, with honesty, integrity and sportsmanship at all times, to various institutional programs and students, parents and families, the general public, alumni and external agencies.
- Work with various departments and personnel at the university to aid in the development of a positive student-athlete experience.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach

- Experience coaching or playing football or flag football at the high school, club or collegiate level.

- College degree preferred
