1st shift $13.10 / hr

2nd shift $14.60 / hr

3rd shift $14.60 / hr

Operate the molding machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Perform safety checks, machine operation. Assemble good quality parts in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities :

• Comply with OSHA safety, Health rules and EPA.
• Perform safety checklist on machine to insure all operating procedure are present.
• Insure work area is free of debris.
• De-mold parts from mold in accordance with S.O.P. and finish with nipper, scissors, knife, or with staple, plastic or others.
• Perform typical press operations to support the assembly floor.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor or department operations manager.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows 5S regulations.
• Fill out daily production paperwork.
• Assemble components to parts.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Knowledge and Skills :

Knowledge of plastic molding techniques, maintain part quality within specifications as set by sample boards. Be aware of production stands and strive to attain them.
