Seeking a Real Estate Attorney to handle large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications:
- JD degree and active Florida bar admission.
- 3 years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
