What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Associate position at Impact Solutions Inc?
AM Law 150 firm seeking a commercial litigation associate admitted to practice in Connecticut, with a dual New York admission being a plus. The Firm is open to having our new associate resident in our Stamford or Hartford office, depending on their circumstance. We are seeking a talented and driven associate having 1-4 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience handling distressed debt, litigating real estate and land title issues, and/or handling complex consumer financial services litigation. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. This opportunity will provide the right person hands-on, fist chair experience handling depositions, appearing in court, and arguing motions in both the state and federal courts.
