What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Product Owner position at IMPACT Technology Recruiting?
- This position is remote, however, only local candidates in Arizona will be considered.
- Product Owner with Payments or Loyalty Program experience is highly desired.
Defines and manages an integrated, seamless digital customer experience across touchpoints based on Voice of Customer and Business Outcomes from experience design to development
- Owns the end-to-end experience for digital customer touchpoints across web, mobile, and customer communications, including seamless connectivity with non-digital interactions with customer support, sales, and operations
- Leverages inputs from stakeholders, VoC, research, and analytics to continuously define and prioritize features to improve the CX and drive business growth
- Sets methodology based on the target audience for obtaining customer input pre-, during, and post-development lifecycle
- Partners with Brand & User Experience Centers of Excellence on creating & managing design standards across digital channels
- Brings relevant innovative industry/UX, technology, data opportunities to the forefront
- Partners with IT leadership on standards for website health, monitoring & security
- Owns framework for process and prioritization for organization and field requests based on customer impact and business value
- Partners with IT on holistic MarTech roadmap, driving optimal use of technologies and building strategic partnerships with 3rd party partners
