Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to support our onboarding process using PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting employee information, including names, addresses, dates of birth, and salary details. This role requires a strong focus on precision and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
Required:
- 2 yrs experience with Peoplesoft or an HRIS platform.
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Excel and Spreadsheet manipulation
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in corporate HR environment
