HRIS Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near the Biltmore area in Phoenix. This organization is in search of a full time HRIS administrator to join their team. This position requires you to work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will possess about 3 years of HRIS systems and processes. Having SQL experience would be a plus!
As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company's HR Information System (HRIS). You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting HR processes, generating reports, and troubleshooting system issues. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS platforms, SQL experience, and strong Excel skills to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline HR processes and workflows.
- Generate and analyze reports for HR management and leadership.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to HR staff and end-users.
- Ensure system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations are effectively implemented.
- Assist with HRIS data migrations, audits, and regular system reviews.
- Provide training and support for HRIS users across the organization.
- Work closely with IT and external vendors to address technical issues and ensure system performance.

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
